While we want you to be happy with your products, unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used products. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. There are no refunds; all sales are final. Store credit will be issued under the following conditions:
Please immediately inspect your product upon receipt. If you have received the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered. Please include photographic evidence of what you received along with your order number to support@handcraftedbydesign.com. We may ask for the products back, and we will provide shipping for their return. They must be unused when returned. We will offer a replacement product/s for the wrong items received.
If there are items missing from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once we've determined that we did not pack the item, we will immediately ship out the missing merchandise at no extra cost to you. Be aware, that due to the micro-batch artisan nature of the products we sell, we only keep a limited amount in stock at any given time. If missing items are not brought to our attention promptly, you run the risk of having to wait until that item is back in stock. You will have the option to wait, choose something of equal or lesser value, or in this case only; be issued a refund.
If you are having any issues with the burning of your candle, and you have followed the candle care instructions found on the card enclosed with your order, please reach out to us so we can determine what may be the issue and help you troubleshoot the problem.
