Currently, we only ship within the US. and Canada. We ship within 7-15 business days. Custom made product will indicate shipping times on the listing. You will receive a shipping message when your order ships. In summer, candles will ship Priority Mail or International Express on Monday through Wednesday to avoid long delays in the heat. This may extend the shipping time if we need to wait for the following Monday to send out your order.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Oak & Vale and Handcrafted by Design LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
